The SLAM-Statistics pathway is ideal for students majoring in subject areas that require Statistics. For example, Social Science and Health Science are majors that typically require Statistics. If you are unsure if you will need to take Statistics for your major or educational objective, please check with a counselor.

All students are eligible to take Statistics by enrolling in Stat C1000E (previously Math 136+) Statistics with Support; however, you may be eligible to enroll in Stat C1000 (previously Math 136). Please check your math placement in MyGCC. To view the eligibility criteria for these courses, please click on the Math Placement (MMAP) Rules.
