Glendale Community College has established the following institution-set standards.

Current Standards (2023-2024)

1. Course Completion Rate  78.6%

Standard: 70%

Stretch Goal: 79%

2. Degree Completion  1256

Standard: 1,000 degrees per year

Stretch Goal: 1,300 degrees per year

3. Transfers  988

Standard: 900 transfers per year

Stretch Goal: 1,200 transfers per year

4. Certificate Completion  529

Standard: 350 certificates per year

Stretch Goal: 550 certificates per year

Note: The reports above include institution-set standards at the program level for career education programs' job placement rates and licensure exam pass rates. These standards, as well as institutional standards, are reported in GCC's Annual Reports to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC). A different but related standard for the job placement rate aggregated across programs is published in GCC's Institutional Effectiveness Report.
