Campus Portals

Campuses you applied to will email you to create a username and password for access to the campuses’ applicant portals. These are where admission decisions will be posted along with other important information. You should check each campus portal frequently.  

Transcripts 

Did a campus request official transcripts from you? You can order your official transcripts through the Office of Admissions and Records. Only Glendale Community College grades are issued. Grades from other schools must be ordered from the original school. The same goes for any AP scores you may have earned. Official score reports must be ordered from College Board.  

Note: Many universities rely on the information you reported on your application to make their admission decisions, and may not request transcripts from you unless you're admitted. So, unless they request them from you, do not send transcripts.  

Apply for your Associate Degree and GE Certification

If you will be completing your associate degree and/or GE requirements in winter or spring, meet with a counselor to apply for your degree(s) and the certificate of achievement in Cal-GETC, IGETC, or CSU GE Breadth (depending on which one you've been completing). The deadline to apply and be included in the graduation program is May 9, 2026.  

If you indicated on your CSU application that you have earned/will earn the ADT, Glendale Community College will e-verify that you're earning the degree. You have to apply for the degree, however. If you haven't already, make an appointment with a counselor for assistance with applying for the degree. The deadline for GCC to e-verify students was March 13, 2026.
