Marketing I

This certificate is designed for students who need the marketing basics and are planning beginning careers in marketing, advertising, retailing, and sales. Students will learn to recognize and develop an appreciation for customer need, understand and apply the four P’s of marketing: Product, Price, Place (distribution), and Promotion, and develop a basic marketing plan and implement a strategy. Program Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this program, students will be able to recognize and develop an appreciation for customer need; understand and apply the four P’s of marketing: Product, Price, Place (distribution), and Promotion; develop a basic marketing plan and implement a strategy. 

This certificate does not satisfy the major requirements for the Associate in Science degree.
