Management II

This certificate program offers students exposure to the five essential functions of a manager: planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling, providing students with a foundation in strategic and operational management practices. Students will develop listening skills crucial for effective leadership and teamwork, enabling them to foster stronger interpersonal relationships and facilitate better decision-making processes. The certificate program equips students with the necessary tools to plan, deliver, and evaluate various types and lengths of speeches and oral presentations, fostering confidence in their communication abilities and preparing them to convey ideas persuasively to diverse audiences. Program Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this program students will have learned the five functions of a manager: planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling. The student will learn to listen effectively, and plan, present, and evaluate various types and lengths of speeches and other oral presentations.
