Management

This program prepares students for entry- to mid-level management roles by covering essential functions like planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling, along with strategic and operational management practices. Students gain skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication, enabling them to make effective decisions, deliver persuasive presentations, and navigate management complexities in professional settings. Program Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this program students will have learned the five functions of a manager: planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling. The student will learn to listen effectively, and plan, present, and evaluate various types and lengths of speeches and other oral presentations.
